After Reading This, You Will NEVER Put Toilet Paper On The Toilet Seat – EVER AGAIN (Do This Instead)

Disposable-Paper-Toilet-Seat-Cover

Many of us, when using public toilets or toilets in coffee shops, put a toilet paper on the toilet seat in order to protect ourselves from bacteria. This method is not effective at all, in fact it causes the opposite effect.

We are all aware of the fact that the hygiene in public toilets is not high, but even so we should not put toilet paper on the toilet seat. Even though it seems like a  good idea to us, it is certainly not, because you are at a greater risk of getting a bacterial r infection. You don’t need to worry because today we will show you why this is a bad idea and what you should do instead.

The mains reason why you shouldn’t put a toilet paper on the toilet seat is the following: once people are done, they all flush, but no one puts the toilet seat down. The splashes can go up to 203 meters, so all the bacteria will be on the toilet paper on which you will seat. You can’t believe right? I couldn’t either.

Experts from the institute ‘NYU Langone Medical Center’ say: ‘Covering the toilet seat with toilet paper, can cause a variety of viral and bacterial infections.

According to a study conducted on their Microbiology department, after the release of water, splashes can fly height up to two meters and thus throw away all the bacteria around us. Those little drops on the toliet seat hide a lot of fecal bacteria which end up on the toilet paper.

As you can sea, the toilet paper cannot protect you, so the next time when you find yourself in the public toilet paper, don’t do that.

What should you do instead?

I will tell you two options, but I recommend the second option.

The first option is to take a few pieces of toilet seat liners in your bag, so they will be clean. However, the toilet seat is already “rich” with bacteria which means that this method won’t help you. That is why a prefer the second option.

Do not actually seat on the toilet, instead just use the squat position and do the job. Even though it is uncomfortable, it will keep you safe from the fecal bacteria.

Don’t let your friends and relatives to get infection, share this post!

Every dengue, malaria death now can be claimed under accident policy (unless turned down by Supreme Court)

Every dengue, malaria death now can be claimed under accident policy
(unless turned down by Supreme Court)

Death by mosquito bite an accident, insurer must pay up: NCDRC

In my presidential speech at the Central Council Meeting in Amritsar, I had said that IMA wants the Health Ministry to declare an epidemic or disaster fund for providing free services to all those affected. In any flood, fire or train mishap the government announces ex gratia grant to the families, the same should be announced for any death during the epidemic or for any calamity in the family.
The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) recently held that a malaria death caused by mosquito bite is an accident, and directed the insurer to honour its policy to a widow. (The same will be applicable to dengue deaths also). As per Justice V K Jain, presiding member of NCDRC: "An accident is something that happens unexpectedly and is not planned." and "It can hardly be disputed that a mosquito bite is something which no one expects and which happens all of a sudden without any act of omission on part of the victim."

The claim was filed by Mousumi Bhattacharjee, who lost her husband Debashish in November 2012 to malaria in Mozambique where he worked in a tea factory. The husband had availed of a policy "Bank of Baroda Home Loan Suraksha Bima" to cover death by accidents. He paid a one-time premium for the sum insured, Rs 13.15 lakh, to be paid in case of "death due to accident".

The insurance company rejected it saying a mosquito bite was not an accident under the policy, and that malaria was a disease. But all three consumer fora, right from the district and state consumer forums to the apex National Consumer Commission, held the company's stand incorrect. The national commission observed that the insurer had included snake bites, dog bites and frost bites under the ‘accident’ category. The commission also cited Black's Law dictionary that describes an accident as "an unanticipated and untoward event that causes harm". Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana covers accidental death and disability cover of Rs 2 lakh at a premium of Rs 12 per year. The benefit of accidental insurance cover of Rs 1 lakh is also extended to all with accounts under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) launched on August 28 by the Prime Minister. The premium for the insurance cover is borne by the National Payments Corp of India. Dr KK Aggarwal National President IMA & HCFI

SIX Reasons Why You Should Never Skip your Shower

While many of us wish we could stay under the shower all day in the summers, winters and lazy Sundays find many of us making excuses to skip a shower. However, having a shower not only keeps you clean, it also plays an important part in keeping you healthy and fit. According to Ayurveda, a morning shower is an essential part of the daily routine and is considered as a therapeutic activity. Here are a few reasons you should never skip a morning shower.
It calms your musclesA shower reduces tension in your muscles and can help relax sore muscles. It also helps increase flexibility and muscle elasticity. If you’ve slept awkwardly and woken up with a stiff neck, a shower can help ease the stress and make you more comfortable. Thus, a simple shower could save you a trip to the physiotherapist.
Showers boost circulationShowering with warm water increases blood circulation and ensures that even cells in your extremities receive nutrition. Increased blood circulation also reduces pressure on your heart and protects you against a number of cardiovascular ailments.
It boosts the immune systemThe core function of taking a shower is to clean the body. This reduces the number of bacteria and fungal cells that can infect you. A cold shower also stimulates the vascular and lymph system and promotes the production of white blood cells that fight infections. Showering also helps eliminate toxins that are released along with sweat.
Elevates the moodIf you’re feeling blue, a shower may be what you need. Having a cold water shower activates the nervous system and increases the amounts of chemicals such as beta endorphins and noradrenaline in the blood. These chemicals help fight depression and elevate the mood. Additionally, a cold water shower also sends electrical impulses that have an anti-depressive effect from the brain.
Improves lung functionalityWhen you put your head under water, you are forced to breathe differently. Showering makes you take a deep breath and hold it in for a few seconds before exhaling. This action opens up your lungs and increases your oxygen intake.
It makes you more sociableIt’s simple; when you bathe, you smell good. This makes people want to be around you and boosts your confidence. You’re also less worried about your hair looking oily or your shoulders being dusted with dandruff when you’ve taken a shower and hence can focus your attention on conversations.
